1. Agreement Overview

Welcome to the Dhanshika Export Imports Private Limited B2B Portal. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and the purchase of wholesale stationery products. This is a legally binding agreement between your registered business entity and Dhanshika Export Imports.

2. B2B Registration & Validation

Our platform is exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) trade. To maintain active account status:

• You must provide a valid GST Registration Number.

• Accounts are subject to manual verification by our sales team.

• Login credentials must not be shared with unauthorized parties.

3. Pricing & Tax Compliance

Wholesale prices are dynamic and visible only to registered, logged-in users.

• All prices listed are Exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) are strictly enforced to maintain wholesale pricing.

• We reserve the right to correct any clerical pricing errors even after an order is placed.

4. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Orders placed via the portal constitute an offer to buy. Order confirmation is subject to:

• Real-time inventory verification at the selected warehouse.

• Payment clearance for Advance Payment accounts.

• Credit limit availability for accounts with credit terms.

5. Shipping & Handling

We ship products primarily from our Jharkhand and Noida hubs. Full shipping terms are available on our dedicated Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer once products are handed over to the third-party transporter.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dhanshika Export Imports Private Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) resulting from delayed deliveries, technical portal downtimes, or product stock-outs.

7. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from the use of this portal or purchases made shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jharkhand, India.
