1. Selective Return Policy
Wholesale Transaction Terms
At Dhanshika Exports Imports Private Limited, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our products. Due to the high-volume nature of B2B transactions and thin margins, we do not accept general returns once products have been delivered and accepted.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges exclusively for cases where a wrong product has been shipped. To qualify:
Verification via Video Inspection
To streamline B2B disputes, we require a recorded video verification call with our QA team before authorizing any exchange. This helps verify the seal and condition of the bulk inventory.
3. Exchange Procedure
Once verified, we provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The items must be shipped back to our central Jharkhand warehouse at the buyer's cost.
Upon physical inspection of the return, the correct products are dispatched immediately.
