Operating Schedule
• Hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM IST (excluding holidays).
• Cut-off time: 02:00 PM IST — orders before this are processed the same day.
• Sunday orders: Processed on the following Monday.
Dispatch Time
• Orders verified, packed, and handed to carriers within 18 hours on average (1 business day).
2. Service Coverage & Transit Time
Pan-India delivery. Primary service regions:
Transit time: 3 to 7 business days from dispatch date, depending on regional connectivity and order volume.
Carriers: Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and commercial freight partners for heavy bulk lots.
3. Shipping Charges & Minimum Order Threshold
Minimum Order Value (MOQ): ₹3,000 across wholesale catalog orders.
• Shipping rates: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on gross weight, dimensions, and destination PIN code.
• All-inclusive pricing: All freight charges, packaging fees, and taxes are shown at checkout. No hidden post-checkout surcharges.
4. Shipment Tracking & Notifications
• Shipment confirmation with carrier details and AWB number sent via SMS and email within 24 hours of dispatch.
• Track consignments on the carrier portal or via your account dashboard at dhanshika.in.
5. Damaged or Tampered Consignments
Immediate Action Required
If an outer carton arrives crushed, torn, or with broken security tape — photograph or video it immediately, then either refuse acceptance or record the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip.
