1. Shipping Policy

• Processing time: 1-2 business days for standard wholesale orders.
• Cut-off time: Orders after 3 PM IST are processed the next business day.
• Bulk batches: Custom items may require 3-5 additional days.
1.2 Delivery Networks
• Standard: Pan-India delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Regional: 1-2 day delivery in Jharkhand & Noida hubs.
• Enterprise: Dedicated logistics available for full-truckload (FTL).
1.3 Shipping Charges & MOV
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on volume, weight, and delivery zone. Free shipping is applicable for orders exceeding the Minimum Order Value (MOV) of ₹10,000 for most regions.
2. Returns & Adjustments
Due to the B2B nature of our transactions and wholesale pricing structures, we maintain a selective return policy. We focus on ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.
3. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and note any visible package damage on the Delivery Receipt.
CRITICAL: Report within 24 Hours
Discrepancies, missing items, or hidden damages must be reported to our claims department within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
